Moong Bhajiya Mix

A universally popular Indian snack made of batter coated vegetables, deep fried. Bhajiyas are hot favoutrites in rainy season, relished with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.

Direction

  • Mix 200gm. Shreeji Mung  Bhajiya Pakodi Mix in 220-230 ml. (approx 2 cup) water. Stir to form smooth batter & set aside for 8 -10minutes.

Tip: Add chopped onion, green chillies, ginger and green coriander leaves to the batter.

  • Take 500ml of oil in kadhai on medium flame, when oil heatens make bhajiya as per required shape and size. Fry it till it becomes golden brown.

Enjoy crispy moong bhajiya with fried green chilli and green chutney.
