Idli Mix

Shreeji Idli Mix

A traditional breakfast of South Indian origin, made from fermented batter of rice & lentil.

Direction of Use

  • Heat the required water, in Idli maker on low flame.
  • Mix 200gm. Shreeji Idli Mix in 320-340ml (3½ cup) water. Stir to form smooth batter & set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Grease a set of idli moulds with oil, again stir the batter gently and pour the batter in each mould and close the lid. Turn the flame high for 15-20 minutes, allow the steam to pass out.
  • When cooker cools down, take out the idli from idli maker & serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.

Rice flour (67%), Lentil flour, Salt, Acidity Regulator (E 330, E 262 i) & Raising Agent (E 500 ii).
