Upma Mix

A favourite south Indian Breakfast. Also a tea time snack, made from semolina tempered with spices.

Direction for Use

  • Boil 575 – 600 ml (approx. 6cup) of water in a thick bottom vessel.
  • Add 200g. Shreeji Upma Mix and 2 tablespoons oil/ghee in boiled water and mix well.
  • Tip: For spicier Upma, add one chopped green chilli, boiled green peas and chopped green coriander leaves.
  • Simmer for 3- 4 minutes till it cooks.
  • Garnish with green curry leaves, coriander leaves and dry fruits. Serve hot.

Semolina (80%), Edible vegetable oil, Bengal gram, Salt, Sugar, Mustard seeds, Dehydrated green chilli, Ginger Powder, Dehydrated curry leaves, Acidity Regulator (E 330) & Permitted antioxidant (E 320).
