Icing Sugar Powder

Shreeji Icing sugar is used in icings, confections, drinks etc. Its fine texture makes icing sugar ideal for dusting over cakes, pies and pastries to sweeten as well as to add an attractive decorative touch. Shreeji Icing Sugar is also used to make icings and fondants for cakes and sweets such as peppermint creams.

Direction of Use

Vanilla Butter Cream
50g Butter, 100g Shreeji Icing Sugar, ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Essence, 1½ Teaspoon Milk.

  • Beat butter until soft
  • Gradually beat in the Icing Sugar with flavoring and milk to make a firm but spreadable consistency
  • Color to suit the cake
  • Spread over cake of your choice
