Baking Powder

Shreeji Baking Powder is used as raising agent in cakes, breads and biscuits.

Direction of Use

  • For ordinary purposes use about 10g (one tablespoon ful) of Shreeji Baking Powder for 450g or 3 Teacups ful of flour. Do not bring a wet spoon in contact with the powder.
  • Mix Shreeji Baking Powder and flour throughly by passing the two ingredients in a dry state through a sieve two or tree times.
  • The finished dough should preferably be baked immediately, but may be kept in a cool place and baked at leisure.


Sodium Bicarbonate, Edible Starch, Sodium Aluminium Sulphate.
